Why can’t I add my meal voucher card?

To add your meal vouchers to the Payconiq by Bancontact app, your bank account must first be linked to the app.

Currently, it is possible to link a bank account to the Payconiq by Bancontact app from one of the following banks: Argenta, AXA, Banx, Belfius, Beobank, BNP Paribas Fortis, CBC, Crelan, KBC, KBC Brussels, Hello Bank!, Fintro, vdk bank.

Is your bank account linked in your app, but are you still unable to add your meal voucher card? If so, please contact support@payconiq.be.
