How can I update my Payconiq by Bancontact app?
- Android: Open the Google Play Store app. Tap on your profile icon at the top right. Tap 'Manage apps and device.' Apps with an available update have the 'Update' label. Go to the Payconiq by Bancontact app and tap 'Update.'
- iOS: Open the App Store and tap on your profile icon at the top of the screen. Scroll to see upcoming updates. Tap 'Update' next to the Payconiq by Bancontact logo.
Finally, open the Payconiq by Bancontact app to finalise the update.
ATTENTION: some old versions of the app are no longer supported from a certain point onwards, which means that mobile payments will no longer be possible from then on. In this case, your linked bank account and card(s) will be automatically disconnected in the app. In this case, you must update the app and link your bank account and card(s) again.
