My Payconiq account is no longer active (e.g. forgotten PIN, changed device, reinstalled app) – can I still transfer it to the Payconiq by Bancontact app?

Download the Payconiq by Bancontact app and connect your Bancontact card. You’ll be able to pay by scanning a Payconiq or a Bancontact QR code, receive money from other users or pay their payment requests. 

To use all Payconiq functionalities at present, you can connect a bank account from another bank supporting Payconiq payments. You might, however, need our help - since your Payconiq account is no longer active -, so contact our support team via support@payconiq.be and will be happy to help.
