How can I download a transaction overview in the Merchant Portal?
Follow these steps to download a transaction overview in your Merchant Portal:
- Log in to portal.payconiq.com.
- Click on "all transactions" in the main menu.
- If you offer multiple Payconiq solutions, you can choose between all transactions or a specific product via the dropdown menu (at the top of your screen).
- Make your selection and click on "Download" in the top right corner.
- Choose a period for which you want an overview and click confirm.
The transaction overview will be downloaded as a .csv file to your computer.
Good to know if you're using Payconiq GO:
In the Payconiq GO app or on go.payconiq.be, you can only view an overview for each logged-in user, however in the Merchant Portal, you can download a comprehensive overview.
