The Store List in the Payconiq by Bancontact app
Using the Payconiq sticker with a link to the Payconiq Merchant Portal allows you to access the Store List directly in the Payconiq by Bancontact app. This feature enables your customers to make payments without needing to scan your QR code.
How it works:
- The name of your business appears at the top of the list as soon as your customer and their Payconiq by Bancontact is close by.
- Your customer can also search for your business in the search function.
- Your customer clicks on the name of your business and enters the amount and a message, if they wish.
- You receive confirmation of payment in the Merchant Portal, plus your customer's message.
TIP: ask your customer to add a message when paying via the Store List. This helps when reconciling and identifying transactions.
