When will a payment from a customer appear in my bank account?
All transactions made on the same working day in your business are collected and transferred to your bank account the following day as a single amount via the Bancontact Payconiq Company account number.
Please note: some banks take slightly longer than others to process transfers. This means that you may receive the transfer in your account on the same working day, but it may also take one or two working days.
Would you like to view each individual transaction, as well as the payer name and the message? You can easily do so in the Merchant Portal.
