Transaction overview

All successful transactions can be found via the Merchant Portal. Here you will also find a “download” button which you can use to request a detailed report of your successful transactions within a specific period.

Follow these steps to view your transactions in the new Merchant Portal:

  1. Log in to merchant-portal.bancontact.net
  2. Click on 'Transaction list' in the main menu.
  3. Select the shop, product and period for which you would like to see the incoming transactions.

Follow these steps to view your transactions in the old Merchant Portal:

  1. Log in to portal.payconiq.com
  2. Click on "all transactions" in the main menu.
  3. If you offer multiple Payconiq solutions, you can choose between all transactions or a specific product via the dropdown menu (at the top of your screen).
