Where do I go to check my transactions?
For all Payconiq solutions connected and billed through Payconiq (such as the Payconiq QR code sticker or Payconiq GO solution), you can monitor successful transactions in real-time in the Merchant Portal.
Payconiq GO: You can also monitor Payconiq GO payments received through the Payconiq GO merchant app or via go.payconiq.be.
Payconiq payments made through the Payconiq payment solution of a Payconiq partner can often also be consulted on the partner's platform.
Payconiq payments for solutions where transactions are not invoiced by Payconiq, such as Payconiq transactions via a payment terminal or PSP (Payment Service Provider), cannot be monitored in the Merchant Portal. These payments are only visible on the overview or platform provided by the partner.
