Where do I go to check my transactions?
For all Payconiq solutions connected and billed through Payconiq (such as the Payconiq QR code sticker or Payconiq GO solution), you can monitor successful transactions in real-time in the Merchant Portal, which is a website (portal.payconiq.com) accessible from any internet-connected device.
Payconiq GO: You can also monitor Payconiq GO payments received through the Payconiq GO merchant app or via go.payconiq.be.
Payconiq payments made via Payconiq API integration in a Payconiq Partner solution can also be checked in the payment overview or platform provided by the partner.
Payconiq payments for solutions where transactions are not invoiced by Payconiq, such as Payconiq transactions via a payment terminal or PSP (Payment Service Provider), cannot be monitored in the Merchant Portal. These payments are only visible on the overview or platform provided by the partner.
